This place hold a crypt that received the 4th of July 2002 Andres Segovia's mortal remains, fulfilling his desire of resting in Linares, his birthplace city.

In addition to the inner and outdoor courtyards, the Music Chamber and the events room, the President office and the Administration room is in this floor.
